By tracking each stage of the process visually, you can easily follow up, close more deals, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

I also show how I add notes to my GoHighLevel CRM and use my Outlook calendar, although you can apply this approach with any calendar system. This method has been a real time-saver and gives a clear visual overview of the week’s progress, helping me stay organised and focused on closing deals.
